- From Exeter on the M5 / A38 take the A380 to Newton Abbot and Torquay.
- Bypass Newton Abbot and continue on the A380 from the Penn Inn roundabout to Torquay.
- Continue into Torquay following signs for the sea-front and harbour.
- At the end of Belgrave Road you will have reached the seafront.
- Turn left at the traffic lights and follow the promenade along the sea front passing the Princess Theatre on your right.
- Continue to the central harbour area and turn left at the Clock Tower into Torwood Street.
- At the first set of traffic lights, turn right into Meadfoot Road.
- Continue up the hill and take the fourth turning right into St Marks Road.
- Turn first left and Delamere Court is the second building on the left, enter via the black doors.
- Our car-park is on the left after the house and down the driveway through the grounds.
